Renovasi Sucofindo
PT. ARU Indonesia was entrusted to carry out the Renovation of the SBU AEBT Office Room at PT SUCOFINDO, with the objective of creating a modern, efficient, and functionally enhanced workspace that supports the operational activities of the business unit. This project focused on improving spatial planning, interior aesthetics, working comfort, and overall workflow within the department.
The renovation work included redesigning the layout to optimize circulation, upgrading interior finishes to align with corporate standards, and ensuring that the workspace reflects a professional and conducive environment for productivity. PT. ARU Indonesia also integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing adjustments to support the new functional requirements of the space.
Scope of Work
1. Interior Relayout & Space Optimization
- Redesigning the room layout to improve space utilization
- Zoning workspaces according to operational flow and team functions
- Enhancing circulation routes to support efficient movement within the office
2. Interior Construction & Finishing
- Installation and modification of partition walls
- Replacement of flooring materials to meet durability and aesthetic needs
- Wall finishing, painting, and decorative elements aligned with SUCOFINDO’s corporate identity
- Ceiling works including refurbishment and replacement of panels
3. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Adjustments
- Rearrangement and installation of electrical points, sockets, and lighting
- Improvement of lighting design to increase visual comfort and energy efficiency
- Adjustment of AC placement and air distribution
- Re-routing and installation of data and communication lines
4. Furniture & Workspace Enhancement
- Supply and installation of ergonomic office furniture (optional based on project scope)
- Arrangement of storage systems, cabinetry, and workstation layouts
- Integration of meeting or collaboration areas as required
